Episode 24 - Sal Gonzales

This week I talk with Sal Gonzales, head Cross Country and Track coach at Rio Rancho High School. He has 4 Cross Country titles to his name and has coached many great athletes. We talk about his own running, both high school and college, and getting into coaching.

 

He talks about his motivations, how he helps motivate his runners, and how technology can be helpful in coaching and keeping his runners engaged. We finish talking about this uncertain time and looking forward.
