We are still running and practicing good healthy habits, so I will continue to provide interviews with interesting and insightful people.
This week listen to Pat Henry, coach of Texas A&M, talk about how his program is dealing with uncertainty and what you should do if you're looking to get into a school soon. He talks about his brothers and nephews coaching. One nephew, Kurt Henry, is now an assistant track coach at UNM.

We will get through this together, so in the meantime, keep running, New Mexico.

No matter the situation, running is something I know I can aways fall back on. I can get out there with a group, or in cases like this, on my own. It has always been my reprieve from the world and my time to myself. I hope this little podcast can join you on that run or just help you pass the time.
That said, I hope you enjoy this interview with former coach Gary Sanchez. He has 17 top three state finishes in track and field in almost 30 years of head coaching. He has coached numerous athletes and been a role model to other coaches.
