Sunday Jun 07, 2020
Sunday Jun 07, 2020
This week I interview two runners that aren't in it to win medals, break records, or in one case, compete at all. We were given an opportunity to think about our running in a new way. Why do we run and what does it mean to you? Without races, what is your motivation? These two runners have their own ideas.
Jim Coppas is an older gentleman that I have had the pleasure to run into several times on my runs through our shared route.
Wendy Timmons is a client of my wife's who has been working on getting back into back into running after a long break.
There is a lot going on in the world right now. Running gives us a lot of time to think, or listen to an informative podcast. Now is a good time to use every opportunity we can to change or learn about the things we would like to change.
Stay safe, Stay strong, Support each other, and keep running, New Mexico.
